A senior manager who quit Perspective Financial this week has landed a role at the FCA.
Peter Craddock has left his job as group operations director and will become a member on The Regulatory Decisions Committee.
Dame Elizabeth Neville, formerly chief constable of Wiltshire Police, and Pauline Wallace, a former senior partner at PwC, also join the committee.
It is responsible for taking decisions on whether to refuse or grant contested applications into the regulated community and issues warning and decision notices for certain enforcement cases on behalf of the FCA.

Despite exiting Perspective, Mr Craddock will be a consultant to help the company's new management team.
Phil Carr, finance director, has also left, to "pursue other interests".
Paul Hogarth, executive chairman at Perspective, said: "We are grateful to Phil and Peter for their hard work and leadership in building the group to its current strong state, and the new management team looks forward to developing it further."
