Wealth management trade association PIMFA has invited entries for its fifth Diversity & Inclusion Awards.
The awards aim to highlight and celebrate progress throughout the wealth management, investment services and the Financial Planning and advice sectors.
The awards also aim to recognise inspiring individuals and teams who are leading the way in driving positive change to build a more inclusive sector and foster innovation, PIMFA said.
Liz Field, chief executive of PIMFA, said: "Businesses large and small have examples of innovation aimed at improving their inclusivity and performance, which in turn drives positive change across the industry. However, there are many instances of best practice that remain hidden or unrecognised.
“Furthermore, there is a stream of exceptional, diverse talent coming up through the ranks, changing businesses for the better, engendering greater support for diverse communities and clients, and helping to develop and lead innovation. We run the PIMFA D&I Awards to celebrate and shine a light on this.”
The awards are free to enter and open to all FCA-registered firms within the wealth management, investment services and Financial Planning and advice sectors, alongside stakeholders in the sector. Firms do not have to be a PIMFA member to enter, and the closing date for entries is 11 June.
The winners of the awards, sponsored by Interactive Investor, Morningstar and Charles Schwab, will be announced at the Intercontinental Hotel, Park Lane in central London on 16 October.
