Quilter Financial Planning, the Financial Planning arm of wealth manager Quilter, has added eight appointed representative firms to its advice network.
Quantus Wealth Management, Marston & Co, Control Point Wealth, Alto Integra Wealth Management, AK Private Wealth, Everstone Wealth, Henley & Co Wealth Management and Sterling Financial Wealth have all joined the network.
Quantus Wealth Management, based in Eastleigh, Hampshire, is led by Alex Guthrie. He is setting up the business after several years in the financial advice industry, having worked across both independent advisory and specialist roles, advising private clients and business owners.
Marston & Co, based in Lemington Spa, is led by James Marston. He joins the advice network following previously being a self-employed adviser in Quilter’s national business, Quilter Financial Advisers.
Control Point Wealth, based in Royal Tunbridge Wells, is led by Gareth Munn. He established the firm after nearly 25 years in the wealth management industry, having worked across a number of advice businesses before launching Control Point Wealth to focus on business owners and entrepreneurs.
Alto Integra Wealth Management, based in Romsey, Hampshire and London, is led by Ryan Perkins and Matthew Willee. Mr Perkins joins the advice network after operating as a self-employed adviser with Quilter Financial Advisers and brings more than 20 years of industry experience. Mr Wilee, a chartered accountant, has recently attained his Diploma in Financial Advice.
AK Private Wealth, based in London, is led by Naila Latif Mirza. She founded the firm in January 2026 after leaving a private banking background.
Everstone Wealth, based in Bexleyheath, Kent, is led by Adam Holt, who is launching his own business after several years in the financial advice industry, most recently as a Chartered Financial Planner at Apropos Wealth Management.
Henley & Co. Wealth Management, based in Worthing, is led by Luke Henley. He spent a number of years advising high net worth individuals in Worthing and the surrounding areas before launching his own practice to continue this work, with a particular focus on retirement and intergenerational wealth planning.
Sterling Financial Wealth, based in Burgess Hill is led by Rob MacMahon, who established the firm after building long standing client relationships and experience in holistic financial planning.
Warren Vickers, managing director of Quilter Financial Planning, said he is seeing a growing number of advisers choosing the network to launch their own businesses.
He said: “Many advisers want the autonomy to build something of their own and shape a business around how they believe advice should be delivered, while still operating within a framework that provides the regulatory, operational and investment support required in today’s market.”
Core net inflows passed £3bn for the first time (£3.1bn) for wealth manager Quilter in the first quarter, a rise of 35% year-on-year, but were largely offset by market movements due to geopolitical events.
The latest financial results follow a return to profit for Quilter in 2025, when it reported an IFRS profit after tax of £120m for 2025, following a loss of £34m in 2024.
During 2025 the wealth manager also increased the number of advisers within its Financial Planning division. The additional 13 Quilter Restricted Financial Planners takes the team to 1,453 Financial Planners and 182 investment managers.
