Series of gap-filling workshops from JP Morgan AM
A series of gap-filling workshops by the JP Morgan Asset Management Academy is available to book now.
The three half-day sessions will be held at the start of next year between January and May.
They follow on from the successful gap-filling sessions held by the firm earlier this year.
Gaps covered by the workshop have been identified by both the Institute of Financial Planning and the Chartered Insurance Institute.
The chosen topics will be Financial Services Regulation and Ethics and Investment Principles and Risk.
Advisers can choose to attend all three sessions or whichever ones are necessary to fill their own gaps.
Continuing Professional Development certificates are given out for each session attended.
The first session will cover the whole Financial Services Regulation and Ethics section followed by part of the Investment Principles and Risk section.
Session two will cover the remainder of Investment Principles and Risk section while session three is necessary for all members of the IFP and CII and will cover how to prepare for gap-fill auditing by Accredited Bodies and any recent gap-filling changes made by the Financial Services Authority.
At the end of each session there will be a short evaluation covering what has been learnt over the day.
The sessions will be held in Birmingham, Bristol, Durham, London and Manchester.
