Tilney hires Financial Planner for expanding Edinburgh office
Wealth manager and Financial Planner Tilney has appointed former Paraplanner Nadia Atanasov as an associate Financial Planner.
She will join the company’s Edinburgh office which has been expanded in recent years through both recruitment and acquisitions.
She joins from Edinburgh’s Chiene & Tait Financial Planning where she worked for two years as a Paraplanner. Prior to that, she was a Paraplanner at Grant Thornton’s Belfast office.
As part of Tilney’s Edinburgh team, Ms Atanasov will work as part of the firm’s ‘two expert’ approach which sees Financial Planners paired alongside the firm’s investment managers to provide integrated wealth management to clients.
Tilney now claims to be one of the largest wealth managers in Scotland and has a presence in the country’s three largest cities: Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen.
Paul Frame, head of the Scotland and Northern Ireland for the Tilney Group, said: “Nadia is a highly talented and dedicated individual who constantly puts clients’ needs first and she will be a big asset to the Edinburgh team.
“This is the latest in a series of hires in Scotland as we continue to strengthen our presence in the country. Being able to attract candidates of such a high calibre will aid us in giving our clients the highest possible service.”
Tilney manages £24 billion of assets on behalf of clients and has 1,000 staff in 30 offices around the UK.
