Financial Planning and wealth management group Tilney has made a new senior hire in Birmingham.  

Mike Divers has joined the team as director, investment management.

Tilney, which looks after over £25 billion of assets for clients, says Mr Divers “brings a wealth of experience”, having spent 19 years in the industry.

He joined Tilney from Brooks Macdonald where he worked for 10 years as a senior investment director and head of office for the Midlands.

As part of Tilney’s ‘dual expert’ approach, the firm’s investment managers and Financial Planners work together to provide “a high quality integrated wealth management service” to enable clients to organise their financial affairs and have an investment strategy “tailored to their objectives”.

Adam Parker, head of Midlands investment management at Tilney, said: “Mike is hugely experienced and well respected within both the investment management and intermediary community and we are delighted to welcome him on board.
