Xafinity helps advisers understand commercial property in Sipps
In response to adviser demand for putting commercial property in a Sipp, Xafinity Sipps is holding seminars on this theme.
The seminars 'Putting property in pensions' will provide financial advisers with a technical and operational insight of the process.
There will also be a legal insight from a solicitors firm which specialises in Sipp property and a speaker from Royal Bank of Scotland on Sipp lending.
The seminars will initially take place in Edinburgh on 28 May, Belfast on 30 May and Glasgow on 19 June and further UK cities will be announced soon.

Jeff Steedman, business development manager at Xafinity said: "These seminars will provide advisers with both a broad overview and an opportunity to delve right into the details with experts face-to-face.
"Advisers will leave these sessions with a much stronger appreciation of this sometimes complex subject, and CPD in the bag. Their clients can benefit not only from that knowledge but they'll have the opportunity to save hundreds of pounds for sure, and possibly thousands from Xafinity's unique special offer".
This offer, announced earlier this year, will see new Sipps benefit from a one-off fixed fee of £1,500 plus VAT for each property transaction. This covers Xafinity's property purchase or transfer fee and solicitor's fee for the property purchase or in specie transfer.
Xafinity manages over 1,100 commercial property and land investments for clients and has self-invested pension assets of over £1bn.
Delegates can book a place at www.xafinitysipp.com/sipppropertyseminars or by emailing This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
