The Financial Conduct Authority, the Prudential Regulation Authority and the Bank of England have appointed FOS independent assessor Amerdeep Somal as Complaints Commissioner.

Rejected insurance claims and complaints about the speed of providers' admin have formed the majority of the 3,500 Coronavirus pandemic-related complaints received by the Financial Ombudsman Service.
